  William Jensen has been a pleasure to work with. Returns calls quickly, takes the time to explain everything in detail and also was a huge help by coming to our home to help us with car and life insurance. We were also able to save a decent amount of money by switching and bundling! Having a 2 year old and a 5 year old it isn't always easy to do something that takes time and he was great, quick and efficient! We are excited to add on our home owners insurance as well. Highly recommended and glad we switched.

  This agency is one of the best I have ever dealt with. Not only did we save over $400 but Deborah Rausch who was quite new to the agency made the whole experience very professional, informative and she was also very patient and accomodating even though we brought our one year old grandson with us. The office itself is charming and the owner Bill was also very gracious. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone.

  We hit a deer while towing our 5th wheel, causing significant structural damage. Fortunately, no one was injured and our RV was still completely functional. We notified Bill Jensen and he handled everything promptly, answering our questions and following up to make sure everything was taken care of. Even though the repairs took some time due to problems and delays at the RV dealer, American Family did everything they could to make the process simple and pleasant.
